27c3 : What is it?
27c3 is a short name for 27th Chaos Communication Congress. It is a four day talk gathered by CCC, aka Chaos Computer Club. It is from December 27th to December 30th, 2010. It takes place in Berliner Congress Center in Berlin, Germany.
A lot of things have occurred in the past 3 days. So we are going to outline what has happened.
At December 27th, 2010: 4 o’ clock, Germany time zone: Automatic Identification of Cryptographic Primitives in Software.
9:45, Germany Time Zone: Using card over the internet is *not* safe if the network is insecure.
At December 28th, 2010: 4 o’ clock, Germany time zone: Is SSL, securing HTTP traffic on the internet,-iverse a safe place?
5:30: Concert from musicians.
8:30: High-speed high-security cryptography: encrypting and authenticating the whole Internet.
11:00: FrozenCache – Mitigrating cold-boot attacks for Full-Disk-Encryption software.
December 29th, 2010: Hackcenter projects: Django and i3.
December 30th, 2010: 5:15: New Key Recovery Attacks on RC4/WEP.
